Charges for every flat, in one click
Create the monthly service charge by floor area or as a fixed amount; utilities and parking separately. When the due date passes, the charge turns red.

The resident paid, you approved - the receipt is ready
Money does not pass through Sakinim: residents pay the MTK directly and send a “paid” notice from the app. When you approve it, the charge is settled and the resident gets a numbered receipt.

Questions
Does residents’ money pass through Sakinim?
No. Residents pay the MTK directly - in cash, at a MilliÖn terminal or by bank transfer. We take no commission on payments.
Who creates the residents’ accounts?
We do at the start, and afterwards the komendant, from the web office. Residents cannot sign up on their own, so only people your office knows get in.
Do residents need the app?
No. Everything a resident can do in the app also works in a web browser.
Our MTK has several buildings. Does that work?
Yes. Each building is set up with its own komendant, its own flats and its own records.
What if we stop using Sakinim?
Tell us 30 days ahead. We return or delete your buildings’ data as we agree with you.
